What can I do with these?

What can I do/use to over-clock these parts without a Cooling system?
I just wants some programs, since Im too young to use the screwdriver

There are not very many software programs to use. However you can try Clockgen.
You cannot use the BIOS to overclock anyway as it appears you have a Dell or an HP or a Gateway or something like that. Using software is generally a bad idea though.
