There is a chance you can undevolt at 3.0Ghz or overclock higher with your current 1.2875vcore.

Also, if that vcore is on Auto, please manually set it. It'll be easier to trail and error through problems.

Take a look at this thread on CPU Case temps and the P5B - PECI in Bios needs to be set correctly - It sends the Digital Sensor data to the mobo.

I enabled the PECI in my bios and now it show correct temp! Tcase temp is 44 (10-15 degree less than Tjunction) degree and Tjunction temp is 54 degree on load.
