I removed and reapplied the AS5. this time I used only about half a grain of rice at the most.

old temps:
ambient: 33 degrees C
idle: 48 C
load: 54 C

new:
ambient: 20 C
idle: 35 C
load: 44C

idle, hes 2c better, but look at his major room temp drop. but like said above, your load temp is a little worse. but if it did that number to it, i wouldnt try to run it in your 33c room

Yeah a good HSF will cool better then that...But don't let it discourage you from WC'ing just get some good parts next time...When I was on straight water I could prime for hours and run 7-9C above what-ever the room ambient was at full load....That was on this Opty with a 3019mhz OC with 1.55 V-core....

I plan on getting a better waterblock, pump, and eventually radiator, along with updating my tubing to at least 3/8

Keep your Tt kit for chipset and memory cooling or something...if you got it use it.

You can run two loops when you upgrade your W/C gear.
