I'm definitely adding another intake fan, I only need one optical for this build.
The JR is so cute, it looks like my full size Armor had a baby
Also IMO a side fan in a JR would be a waste of time.
One more thing, the way the HDD bay is mounted is crap, I mean how much air could possibly make it through there?

EDIT> I'm looking right now for an alternative mounting.

Have you tried just jumping to 402 FSB? I'm curious if that would work. Add slightly more voltage and make the jump. You won't damage the CPU. It will either boot or it won't. Give it a shot.

Ok, figured it out. All you have to do is take out the HDD I-cage and move it up to the middle bays. See pic, this will allow for either 2 intakes or 1 intake directly across from your Zalman. Provided you are using only one optical.

Well thats an interesting idea but there is still a slight problem I think. With the cage mounted in teh drive bay area it does open up air flow for the bottom 120mm fan. However, mounting a second fan in the upper area across from the Zalman is still difficult. The fan is not long enough to screw into the frame fo the case, but I think it could be put up against the HDD cage. Only problem there would be screwing the fan into the HDD cage cause I dont' see any holes that could be used for that. Could maybe use some duct tape to do it though hhehehe.

The I-cage is designed to hold a 120mm fan, there are mounting holes.
The only thing you need are longer screws.

Sweet thanks for the help! I'll be sure to try that new case setup when I get back from the long weekend. Hopefully it will provide enough additional cooling so I can get back to OC'ing

Just as an update to this post. I finally got around to added that 2nd 120mm intake fan in the front of my case. I didn't move the HD cage up, but I did go buy an Icage which is basically the same thing as the one that comes with the case. So now I have good cross flow of cold intake air straight through to the Zalman cooler and I just happen to add a 92mm side panel fan. And what was the result of all this? Well not much of anything at all really other than the fact that the front of my case now lights up more with the extra LED fan. Temps did not drop at all from what I see. Oh well I guess I'm just going to have to live with the fact that I'm not going to get any better cooling unless I switch out the HSF.
