P5N32-SLI Premium, RAM on Dual Channel Crashes, Please Help

I have two RAM Sticks every time I put them in the dual channel configuration, my computer crashes in windows at random times all under10 minutes. However it works fine in when it is not set in dual channel mode. I wish to used dual channel, and when I bought a third RAM stick, the motherboard detected as dual channel, and it crashed in windows, so I am not able to use more than two ram sticks, or just two ram sticks in dual channel mode.

However it works fine in non dual channel mode

Motherboard: P5N32-SLI Premium
RAM: Nanya M2Y1G64TU8HB0B-25C
800MHz 240Pin PC6400 DDR2 SDRAM DIMM 1.8V

what are your memory timings? On that board, your best bet is to not use the auto for the main settings. Set them maually to:
5-5-5-12 (CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS) 2T. Also set you memory voltage to 2.1 volts.

When you enter your bios, you will see memory timings. My board is different, but there is a thread for your exact board in the Intel Motherboard section: thread

But you will have to select manual for your memory timings, from there just look at the left column for the CAS, TRAS, etc and change to match the timings listed on your ram. The ones I listed are safe defaults, but you might double check. But I think you will have a stable system after you change the settings!

As long as you dont overvolt your CPU, RAM, or chipset, the worst that will happen is that you will have to Clear Cmos which just entails movind a 2 jumper pin from one pai of three to the other pair, thewn back again.
Dont put your CPU vcore above 1.45v and dont put your ram volts above 2.3v. I think the chipset voltage is max 1.5 for MCP, and the other (I think SPP) is 1.4v max.

Then it sounds like there is something wrong with the memory controller. I would RMA the board.
