Thermaltake 500w sufficient?

I'm looking to build a C2D rig soon and looking for PSU's.

Specs:
E6600
Gigabyte P35-DS3R
4GB Ballistix 6400
8800 GTS (unsure which)
2 IDE HDs (for now)
DVD-RW
4-5 80mm fans

I was considering this PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817153052
or
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817153028

Both appear to be pretty much the same, 14a/15a on dual rails, just the first has more SATA connectors. Would these be sufficient or should I try to get into the 600w area?

600 Watt

ALso more 12volt rail amps would be good.

I think 600watt is worthwhile so you can upgrade more...

Both are a little weak. Look for something with at least 32A on the 12v rail if you plan on going with a single rail or something with 16-18A if you plan on going with a multi-rail PSU. With power supplies you get what you pay for.

Don't skimp.

Ya, that's what I was thinking. I'll probably get a 600w with 18-20a dual rail then. Just gotta find the link I had to it. Thanks.
