bios problems

Thread Starter
When i start my computer, i have a jmicron controller that pops up in between my logo for my bios. The controller is for sata and sata II. The controller shows only my 2 ide devices my Main, dvd cd burner, and my slave, 320gb hd. How do i get it not to show up on my load screen, and make the controller work on my main hard drive, my sata 250gb.
Also, when i set my boot priority, my sata drive is under ahci cd drive not sata 250 gig. How do i change that? Sometimes it reads it as my main drive, sometimes my bios screen tells me to insert a bootable device or cd.
