ThermalTake Extreme Spirit-II or the Noctua NC-U6? - Page 2

I have a TT120 and the Noctua on the NB on my board... I turned the TT to blow upwards through the 200mm blow hole of my A900 ant it was not a problem at all even with the GTS right next to it and a fam mounted on the Noctua... then again it is a low profile fan that I bought at Jab-Tech.com

well, if i repositioned it that way, where would all the hot air blowing from it be exhausted?

and what is hte fasted 80mm fan out there to give me freezing point cooling on the Northbridge?

as well as for the Tuniq Tower 120.

and the 200mm fan that is sucking the TT120's exhaust air is quite hard to miss on that pic

you need to have a fan exhaust on the top of your case to place the TT that way

well of coure iw as being sarcastic and exagerative, but im sure get hte idea what i mean, looking for a fan that will give me excellent cooling.

and i did manage to see htat fan, but for my case, its abit sifferent, as there isnt a place or a way to place such a fan, maybe im stuck with htis setup? or would it be too bad to just rotate my TT120?

any woud u happen to know may i ask?

I doublt you can beat the Noctua lapped with a 17 CMF fan on it... if you can it would be by very little... I have a horribly hot NB on my P5N32-e SLI and while I have not thermal probe to test with I was unable to keep my finger on the stock cooling for more than 3 sec to which I had added three Swiftech copper HS's and a little 4000 rpm 40mm fan... not I would be ok sticking my tonge on it it it werent for the fat that I'd get shocked, get my tongue shredded by the fans and can't reach... heheh

damn...becase i wa thinking of lapping my Tuniq Tower 120 and adding a better 120mm fan inside it(wanting to know one by the way) and as well lapp my Noctua NC U6 and replace the Thermaltake Extreme Spirit-II, and add an excellent cooling fan on it, which im hoping will give me better overclocking results?

those are the coolers i have, the TT120 and TTEP-II is wats in use right now.
