Yes, GIGABYTE boards are now one of the best boards for Intel.

The GIGABYTE P35 board comes with 6 power stage change and all solid caps along with an ICH9-R, and all of that for the low price of $130? Can't beat that.

Great choice IMO.

And don't worry about DDR3, it's useless at the moment. Maybe in a couple of years, just like the same time it took DDR2 to become handy, useful and very inexpensive.
