I've used Corsair Value Select from the same period as your Kingston, which makes use of the same ICS. To be fair, in order to attain the extra 40Mhz you're going to have to raise the voltage further than your PSU will be able to push out consistently.

Seeing as your motherboard is an MSI, I'd just leave the RAM ratio set to 400 and increase your FSB to 220, so that your Pentium 4 3.0Ghz will be running at 3.3Ghz. That way your RAM will run at 440Mhz, though you may have to slacken the timeings.

I am running Crucial Value DDR 400 (in my 754 rig) with the same stock timings as yours. I ran it 24/7 Orthos, Prime and Memtest stable at 454 MHz with the 3-3-3-8 timings, but I bumped up the voltage a little bit, probably didn't need to, just did it to give me a little more assurance.

Ok so I can set my RAM to ddr2666 ddr333 ddr400... But then I have a COU clock adjustment. I though that those were two independent clocks? ANyways CPU-Z says it increase it.
