the only problems I know of right off hand is driver and software support.. that lies in the hand of the maker of the software or drivers though. other then that though I'm not sure.

Does it even matter though? 64-bit came around to allow more than 4gb of RAM...I don't think this phone has anywhere near that.
that might be that not every program works. if I design a 16 bit program or make a 32bit driver I can't say it's now the os's fault that it doesn't work. if I know the setup of the os and how the os works and what it needs to work and then build something else is it really the fault of the os?
doesn't 64bit have other advantages also for programs designed to use it?
