So I took my computer to my local repair place and in 5 minutes they swapped out my MSI HD 2900XT put in a tester and what do you know booted right up. Those bastards at Best Buy got me to buy a whole new power supply and I wasted 60$. My local place didnt even charge me. Im furious. They are gonna have another MSI HD 2900XT in tomorrow morning and I got newegg to refund with no restocking fee, that card they said isnt refundable but they did it anyway. PHENOMENAL. Thanks guys

I love the Geek Squad... of course... that may be because I work at a local comp shop, so half our customers come in cussing the Geek Squad LOL...

And yes, the Egg is awesome...

Dude, you should come here first. There are like, a thousand people that log on daily. One of them HAS to know. I came here, and the first day I had overclocked my card stably to almost 100% faster... its great here.

The connector that you are using is not meant for Video Cards! Thats why its not working. Your psu does not have an 8pin pcie connector only 2 6pin connectors. In order to get an 8pin you have to buy an adapter. The 8pin is for the cpu. If you plug in the two 6pins it should work perfectly. Again the 8pin is not for video, you will break the psu!!
