Comp Problems

Thread Starter
Specifically in BF2, I am getting lag where my game freezes up in-game every so often in the same round. I am trying to figure out what exactly is causing the problem. At certain times when this occurs, my fps drops to lower numbers. I am trying to figure out the problem either cpu, gpu, or memory possibly? Need suggestions. Thanks. - (I tried running in low settings and same thing occurs)

I had a weird ping and fps problem before. It was McAfee blocking access to the game. Idk if thats your problem tho?

well, I tried doing so and it was a no go. I changed my memory timings to 2-4-4-7 from 2-3-3-7. It seemed like everything was going well but then it occurred again. I do not know what component is affecting the performance.
