Someone with that mobo will have to walk you through the BIOS...I have no clue where that option is. Just poke around until you find it.

You're talking load temps right? Also, I say any voltage to 1.45V is usable. I boot 2.7ghz (266x9) on 1.2V though, so.

hey i jus ran Orthos with core temp. The temperature reached 55C, should i be worried as i only have stock cooling system?? pls reply soon. lol(very worried)

You will almost never replicate the simulated load that Orthos can create...dont worry about it. Those temps are worst case..
