How would you get rid of the Recycle Bin and where would you go to empty it once you had? Not sure if it's possible, just wondering... actually, it would probably involve the registry or something.

Yeah.. there are even better ways to do it... and also..

are you talking about it takes your computer 4.6 seconds to get into full windows once you hit your power button?

also..

You can get windows to load in 1.5-2 passes of the bootscreen bar by doing what you said and using diskeeper.

in Diskeeper what you want to do is extend your MFT to 200,000 on system drives and 100,000 on storage drives... and also do a boottime defrag on paging and mft files

Also do the bootvis stuff as well. Also use a program called Registry mechanic, and run all options, Clean Registry, Optimize Registry and Compact Registry

in your msconfig check start up items for things you don't need running when you first boot up also in the services tab check for things you dont use or may compromise your system such as remote access auto connection manager, remote desk top help session manager, remote registry, these things are what helps a hacker,if you dont use a printer the "Print Spooler"can be disabled,if your the only person using the PC secondary logon an be disabled as well as "fast user switching" if your not using a wireless connection "Wireless Zero Configuration" can be disabled and there is more......extra if you dont know what your doing with msconfig ask someone who does to go over it step by step

Simply disabling things in MSCONFIG can solve this...to a point...
Dangerous things happen if you don't know what they do (enabled or disabled)
I bought MagicTweak 4 years ago...it keeps all that on point...
