That's because new motherboards still have PCI slots on them. Not many motherboards have AGP anymore apart from cheapo AsRock frakenboards. I don't see any AGP cards coming from Nvidia anymore, its about time AGP went the same way as CNR.

I wouldn't bother. The money you'll be paying won't be worth the performance when using an 8X AGP slot, which is likely coupled with a slower CPU and slower RAM. The entire system will hold back any 8-series nVidia.
