I'm not sure which one to get... HELP!!!

Thread Starter
GigaByte GA-P35-DS3R

or

GigaByte GA-965P-DS3

They both seem like solid boards for roughly the same price.

$135.43 vs $129.27 on pricegrabber.

I got a e4300 for free that I want to drop into one of these. Help please.

P35 if they're the same. I have both boards and I plan on using the P35 in the end.

However, the 965p is NOT a bad board. Just so happens that with the P35 DS3P I was able to get 3.6ghz on my Q6600, and on the 965 I couldn't even get 3.4Ghz.

DS3 is a great overclocker but I would go with the newer P35 sure it won't let you down.

That one, it supports RAID which the DS3 doesn't. And by RAID I mean it comes with an ICH9-R, whereas the other one doesn't, only ICH8.
