There should be an option in the BIOS to change the amount of memory that the Intel GMA is allocated.
32 sounds like the bare minimum - 64 and 128 should be available provided you have enough RAM (at least 512, I think), and if you have the GMA 950, you can go up to a max of 224 MB.

I do not have Intel but have read and heard a little and if GMA950 might apply. Unlike the ATI 1150m I have where I can control and even set aside amounts of RAM the 950 has what Intel calls DVMT, in other words card decides what it wants. Where do you get this # 32MB from? If you are not stressing it might be reporting a minimum amount. So you may not have the problem you think you do so before you fix something that is not broke tell us the Video card. 950 will take up to 224MB as it decides.

From Intel site:

Dynamic Video Memory Technology (DVMT) 3.0 supports up to 224MB of video memory; system memory is allocated where it is needed dynamically.
