Upgrading my cpu cooling

hey all, was wondering what cpu cooling i should go for that is fairly good at a reasonable price? also is there any point in getting a external cooling for my Nvdia 7600gt silent pipe 2. Thanx

Scythe makes good HSF's and have a nice selection. Tuniq and Zalman also make great HSF's, but they're pretty expensive. check out the Scythe Ninja:

there are a lot of other great coolers out there and i'm sure you'll get plenty of responses to this thread. give us a budget to help though.

ahh, budget is about $50- $120max. I want something that looks cool to, i.e with a blue or red led light etc.

for less than 120 you can get the thermalright 120 extreme with a silverstone FM121 fan, or if you want LEDs in your fan look at the Thermaltake "Blue Eyes" smart fan. (A2018)

i have an Asus Silent Square. IM(not so)HO, it is the prettiest CPU heatsink on the market. it also works very well. check the pics in my sig or my photo album to see it.
