Signs of low vcore would be:
-You exited BIOS and PC will not turn on (This also happens when your RAM runs at a speed it cannot handle. That's why there's a divider.)
-You cannot load into desktop
-You load into desktop, but when you load with Orthos or any other intense program, PC restarts.

-If you're looking at CPU-Z RAM timings, mine changes like that as well. It may be a glitch. Don't worry about RAM timings for now.

Virtualization Technology
No-Execute memory protect
set PCI Express to 100mhz

Now I can only find a few of these, perhaps they are worded differently?

Pictures would be the best!! thanks

EDIT: Dude on top, yes my Tjunction is 100C

Where did you read this? I just want more proof before I go and disregard Intel TAT as well.
I was told by members around here.

And set your ram timings yourself.

For me, it's a big different. You're still loading 60C after trying another method of AS5? Um...

What are your current ambient temps?

I have found no good information on the 100C T-junction. I have the 85C, and I don't know if the majority of 100C Tjunction users subtract their temps by 15C.

with morning ambient of around 80F outside, 62 max load

with afternoon of 104 outside, 65 max load.

Geez. I'd say the IHS isn't flat, and that can due to high temps. The E4300 do have rumors have concaved IHS.

So IHS = internal heat sink? on the cpu?

How do you make it flat?

ps. my hsf has some smear marks on the bottom.. probablly from scraping off the thermal pad crap.

I don't want to bring you into something like this, so it's your decision if you do.

There is something called Lapping, which you take sand paper and mainly scrape off the nickel part of the CPU down to the copper piece.

Doing this to your CPU will void it's warranty.

You can try lapping the heat sink at first. I have little knowledge on lapping. I don't want to say anything from here about this part.

The smear on the heat sink is from the stock paste. I had that too.

nah.. yeah ill stick to the warranty, thanks for the tip though.

I notice my temps are a bit high, but once the summer heat goes away, it will be decent.. not great though, but decent.

I would definitely say your ambient types is your problem. If my temp goes from 80F to 90F, I get a nearly 4-5C load temp raise.
