Windows display wrong amount of RAM

Hi guys,
I'm a noob in OC, I just built

Mobo : ABIT KN9 Ultra
Proc : AMD 64 X2 4600+ Windsor
RAM : 2 x 1024 Corsair VS PC667

Recently I just bought Corsair Twin XMS2 2x1024 6400
Actually the plan is to upgrade my VS, so it would OC well, but I haven't sell it yet.
So I try installing all 4 of them
I use 1.32V @ 225x12 FSB
1.90V DDR2 volt
The system will not boot, so I set auto to the DDR2 timing
It runs well, but at system properties windows display only 3.50 GB RAM
I check my system from windows help and support it detects 4GB RAM

Anybody ever experienced this?
How to make system properties detects 4GB?
Which makes better performance for OC 2x XMS 6400 @ 2GB or 4GB mix of XMS and VS667?

Sorry, gives a lot of question for first posting
Thanks for the help guys

u need a 64 bit os for it to read all the ram properly most people dont us 4 gigs of ram so i would just use your 8oomhz

You're using 32-bit windows which will only detect around 3.75GB of memory minus whatever memory your graphics card has.

Only way to get it to use all 4GB would be to either enable Physical Address Extension through BIOS or buy/upgrade to 64-bit OS

You need a 64bit OS. As stated above 32bit OSs do not support 4GB of RAM.
