What’s 62XX/73XX OC card?

I saw some video cards (73XX OC, 62XX OC) in store. It says that it has been overclocked. So, the manufacture OC the video card in hardware format so you don’t need to use software to OC it?

They OC it a bit, but theres a LOT more to get out of the card via Software if you want to

you can normally OC a card alot more than it is at the factory... infact to give you an example.... I used to have a BFG Geforce 5500 PCI card that was factory overclocked... it ran at 270/550 instead of the stock 250/500. I was able to overclock it to 315/585 before it started to get unstable.... the good thing about factory overclocked cards is that they have a warranty although they are already overclocked.
