Need help overclocking!

Thread Starter
Hi guys/girls,
I`m new to this forum and been reading various different
posts trying to pick some tips up, Ive also read the Overclocking guide (There's a lot to read in it!).
But i cant seem to find some of the steps mentioned in the guide e.g.

(1) Boot into your BIOS.
I managed that.
(2) Lower multiplier to a setting (5-8).
Is that between 5 or 8? if so i lowered it to 6.
(3)Raise memory timings or change cpu/memory ratio.
Cant seem to find that option.
(4) Disable useless bios features.
I disabled speed spectrum
(5) Increase mobos voltage.
Mine would only let me increase it to 1.4v
(6) Increase system FSB to 10-15mhz above its rated speed.
Don't know how to do that, cant find an option.

That's as far as i got, please could someone give me some tips how to do the above if its possible with my system?

Cheers

Memory timings are the CAS/tRCD/tRPD/tRAS shown here.

That is probably as high as it goes then. You may not even need higher.

Changing CPU frequency (FSB) is done on that same page shown here where it says CPU Frequency. You take that number multiply by the multiplier, also on that page to get your final speed
