Antec Basiq 500w?

Would this Antec http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371004 be a decent enough PSU to run an E6x00, 8800GTS 320, 4GB ram and a couple IDE HD's? It is on a crazy rebate at Fry's, and doesn't seem all too bad - Dual 12v - 18a each. Just can't find any reviews for it anywhere.

It is only $7 AR on Fry's, which is why I'm considering it, not $65.
