cpu multiplier question

shouldnt I be able to lower the CPU multiplier for my pentium D 940 so I can increase the FSB more? I don't see this option in setup however I show in my MB manual that I should be able to do this..

The CPU most likely isn't unlocked, meaning you won't be able to change the multiplier
