iTunes Runtime Error

Thread Starter
Every time I try to launch iTunes I get a C++ Runtime error... Then after that, I tried to update iTunes using the Apple Software Updater, but it said that I couldn't because I already had a newer version than version 7.3?! I don't remember visiting the future and stealing a new version of iTunes.... I just thought it was interesting. Has this happened to anyone else?
