How to find out RAM timings...

How do I find out the timings at which my memory is running? I think I have some cheap memory, so I am just curious. I did nothing to the settings in my Bios with regards to my memory timings.

Thanks in advance!

Download CPU-Z.

Open CPU-Z and then go into the Memory tab.

Just to let you know.

At the main menu on your BIOS,

Press CTRL + F1 and then enter M.I.T. You will see your RAM options and you will be able to loosing/tighting it now.

Here are my findings. Does this look right? I have read the docs here, but they are a little confusing, since I am new to the RAM stuff...
