I have not tested this mobo with anything but this chip but I do believe that the week on this chip is not that great of an oc'er.

Here are some settings that another member used. I don't have much time to spend on OCIng past my current stable 3 GHz, but I tried these today at 375 FSB and I couldn't post. I had to drop the FSB to 365 to post, and I couldn't get into Windows at 350 even. I gave up and stayed at 333 for now.
I'll let you know what I get when I have a free weekend, as I'm going out of town on business this weekend (and next week )

WHat is your stepping? Mine is
SL9ZL (whatever that is...may not matter)

LOL. We'll collaborate my friend
Well I'm running these for now:
FSB 333
Memory DDR833 (4:5)
VCore 1.4500V (ends up 1.4240 after VDroop)
On the CPU section disable everything except the last two things
Set the CPU ratio (CPU multiplier..) to manual, 9
I have my timings at 4-4-4-12 @ 2.25V (memory is rated at this)

Yup. What vCore are you running at 3.0Ghz?
I have it at 1.48 in BIOS, 1.47 in Windows. I haven't put it past 1.50 to test a higher oc yet.
1.4500 in BIOS, 1.4240 after VDroop. In Intel tech docs they say the absolute max for votlage in relation to VSS is 1.55V...let me find the screenshot I posted earlier....
