-first I think your PSU is a little lacking, that CPU will take up 125 watts just idling, what is your CPU voltage at?

-I have never overclocked a Pentium D but you first need aftermarket cooling for your beast.

-Keep the temps below 60 degrees Celcius

-try increasing your FSB a little at a time, run orthos for 1/2 hour every 25 mhz, and for 24 hours every 100ish mhz.

-if it fails, raise the voltage a little and try again

Yeah, get a new power supply first of all. My system would problem barely run off of that. I would say you need a nice 450-500W unit, depending on what video card you have. Good manufacturers to look at for that are FSP Group, Seasonic, Enermax, Hiper, and Rosewill, just to name a few.

Also, are you running the system with the stock heatsink on your CPU? If so, you'll definitely want to buy a good aftermarket solution. The Pentium D chips run hot enough to fry an egg sometimes, so you need to keep it cool! Good heatsinks are the Tuniq Tower 120 and Thermalright Ultra 120 just to name a couple.

Other than that, that should be a great setup for overclocking! Best of luck.
