Have you tried running your memory in 2T instead of 1T? Look for the command rate.

I need 1.5 V for a .4ghz OC. Also my ram is set to 166, that way it decreses the default speed of the ram, giving you some headroom before it's designed speed. When the PC is started, the OC will be applied and since you raised FSB, it'll also raise your mem frequency(speed), so moving the memory speed down(ram divider) lets you OC more.

Well I set my bios back to factory defaults a few hours ago. I left my RAM settings to automatic and only changed the jumperless settings. So far the CPU is clocked from 2.2ghz stock to 2.4ghz with a Orthos test running fine for 8 hours with no errors. Im hoping to get the CPU to 2.5ghz then stop overclocking however I am having alot of trouble getting the Orthos tests to not fail with anything higher.

Current settings
cpu freq 240 (200 default)
pci-e 100 (100 default)
ddr volt 2.80
chipset volt +1.5 (+1.5 default)
ht volt +1.20 (+1.20 default)
cpu multip 10x (11x default)
cpu volt 1.40
pci clock 33.33mhz (auto default)

DRAM settings set to Auto.

Good luck man, let us know how it goes.

Like I said before, try putting your command rate to 2T instead of 1T, see if that helps keep things stable and make sure your HT is 3x.

im trying to hit the 260fsb but my ram settings is what im having the main problem with. i can get to 240x10 with the "auto" dram settings but anything higher i have to turn it to manual and im having a hard time finding anything that will make it past 1 cycle in orthos.

Currently I have my CPU running at 2.45ghz, the other day I had it at 2.6ghz however it would have random lockups during load ups of certain applications. Hopefully someone here has more experience with my MOBO/CPU/RAM and can give me some advise
