OC Help A8N-SLI AMD 64 X2 4400+ CORSAIR XMS 2GB DDR400 - Page 3

You should leave every timing at auto apart from the first four 4. Try setting the rest to auto and the first four to colaborate 3-3-3-8. You can tighten these later. Also have you ran memtest with your ram at stock to see if you may have a bad module/s?

once you change the top DRAM setting to manual none of the options below it will have an "auto" option. not overclocked this system has been running fine for 2 years now I doubt its a but module.

But you never know, you may have a bad stick. I would do what vwgti said, run memtest for a while and see if anything turns up.

Only other thing I can think of is your mobo isn't happy with the memory.

good luck man
