Yeah for sure, it picks up copper ions from the blocks very quickly....I don't know what pump your using but almost any of them should be able to run MCT non-conductive...Here is a intro to WC'ing coolants..

thats not at all true, the moment you open the bottle, and add it to the system, one speck of dust and as mentioned, the copper ions from the block, will immediatey contaminate the water, making it conductive again... if it leaks on the board, it WILL fry it.
