Looks to me like your doing pretty good on the cpu OC'd up to 2.5 yea!! From what I see DEFINITELY a video card. Also going up to 2 gigs of ram in a 2 x 1 GB configuration would be good but definitely the video card first. The 8800's are nice but if your on a budget the 7900's offer very good performance for under 200 bucks. The only drawback is the lack of DX10 support but most if not all DX10 games can and will run under DX9 settings.

Personally I say EVGA then you can use there 90 day step-up program and get the 8800
