Too much voltage?

OK i am pretty new at this. But since reading this forum and seeing what you guys have been doing over the last couple of months. I used to be the one that posted stupid questions like how do I overclock my intel mobo. lol Well you guys have helped me a lot and I really appreciate it. So what I decided to do is just build a new system: Gigabyte GA-P35-DQ6P, E6600 and 4 gigs of G SKILL new PSU, Antec 900 case, WD 150 raptor even fresh OS.
Sorry I am getting off point...
I have the E6600 running at 3.6GHz And my temps are 35c idle 49C load, heck I even got all that ram at 1:1 @ 4-4-4-12. I am really excited (my first OC) But to get this stable I had to adjust the voltage alot
DDR +2.5
FSB +.05
MCH +.05
CPU 1.4

Is this to much? Is something going to fry lol
Like I said I am knew at this and I am afraid that I don't know when to stop
Some advice would be appreciated
And thanks again to everyone that took time to answer my stupid questiosns, you made this experience a true joy!

I love my heatsink ZALMAN CNPS9500. And I have a antec 900 case with even a extra fan mounted on the side witch means that I have 4 12cm and one 20cm so counting the heatsink I have 5 fans. asically I have a small tornado running under my desk!
