For maximum stability, leave them at stock (5-5-5-15), but you should be able to run them at 4-4-4-12 without any problems. Test both settings with SuperPi and you should see a slight difference. Is your CPU still at stock?

This ram like a cas5 for some reason but does really well with other settings. Remember dont go crazy with the volts on this stuff. Ive got my 4 gigs of it running at 500mhz 4-4-4-9 with 2.14vdimm. I have mine running 1:1 since the next step up for this would be 600mhz anad 4 gigs doesnt like to do that less then 2.25v or so. I just keep it at 1:1 for now. Two gigs will do it no problem what so ever.
