Isn't the middle one the one that goes in and the two on the side bring the water out?

Right. The center one has a restricted inlet to increase velocity (impingement design), then the water flows in 2 directions away from the center to 2 outlet barbs. You either bridge the 2 outlets with a y-connection or bring them directly into a res with dual inputs.

Impingement designs all are high restriction blocks, although from the notes on the web page, they state:

I would get the input from some others, like Ira-k, but I suspect you would need a pump with a decent head on it if you are putting this in a loop, though if this is the only block in the loop, it may work.

Thats the way the Stinger V-8 is made, center is in the other two are out-lets as has been said...I used a double in res to get all the flow out of it I could or you can just Y them back together....And has been said I would use it with a higher head and flow pump...

This is the res I used....

your best bet would be a new pump. i dont think that'll cut it. maybe if you added a second one... as long as you have good pressure it should work.
i dont recommend that though.

Yeah its low head to isn't it....The Fuzion is supposed to be fairly low restriction and might work OK with that pump...With a CPU only loop...
