Bizzare Problem. Help would be nice :)

Hi, everyone. Ok,I have a Celeron D Prescot 2.4ghz (Don't laugh, I purchased it for work initially) but things are acting very strangely. Here is my full spec:

Celeron D Prescot 2.4 GHz (Overclocked to 3.1ghz)
MSI MS-7255 v2.0 (AMI v5.0 01/05/2007)
Corsiar 1GB Pc2-5300 (333mhz)
Geforce 6600 PCI-E 256mb (Overclocked to 440 and 440x2)

Ok, so in bios my fsb claims to be 260 and the Adusted CPU speed 3600mhz,
but in cpu-z I get

CPU 3.1 Ghz
FSB 159.5mhz
Rated FSB 633.8

My Multi is x19.

Ok, so can anyone shed any light on this?

Also, my memory ratio is 2:5 how can I improve this?

Cheers.

Is it that the reading is changing? Disable the Intel equivalent of Cool 'N' Quiet, I believe it is just called Throttling in BIOS.
Also, your numbers don't add up. 260FSB*19=2940, which is not listed anywhere in your post.
159.5*19=3030.5, again, not listed.
If you could show screenshots of CPU-Z, and a photo of BIOS that would help.
You say you overclocked to 3.1GHZ, but 3600MHz is not 3.1GHz.
As for memory, set it to 2:2 or 1:1

Maybe. I don't think I have an option for that in my bios. I can't change memory timings either.

Yep, I don't know about those numbers thats whats so odd.
