is this thing any good?

its within the price range im willing to spend(dont try and tell me get this one its only 5 or 10 dollars more but its wayy better)

I suppose it depends on what your using if for?? If its just for a mobile then they are fine.
I use the bluetooth headset for my PC that came with one of my mobiles. Bought a Bluetooth Dongle off ebay and bob was my uncle!!

VERY CHEAP!

EDIT:
The dongle was £1.99 btw about $4
