lol. thats true. but they're the only CPUs that dont put out a lot of heat.
multisocket P3 might have a chance... not worth it though

Yup, like i said it would have to be 100% efficient, and that's never true for TEC's....but yes, you are right it would be able to dissipate some more, but still....TEC's are meant for a water setup

I would not trust that type of TEC\\Watercooling kit. I would rather go high end watercooling than spend money on that.

if u want best cooling without the worry of condensation, the best u can do is water cooling.
any that goes below room temp, even sligtly will cause condensation.
