Honestly... Your PSU is great, your CPU is great for the price points anyway. Upgrade your Memory to 2 GB.

Upgrading the memory to 2GB maybe ? upgrade hdd ? also, the CPU cooling as well ? also, if you have any case in mind.

Maybe another 2 Gb kit of RAM and Vista x64 (and a lot of patience for drivers....)
You don't need another Gb of RAM because it won't run in dual channel. Besides, DDR2 is so cheap!
