If you have money to burn and don't want to oc then get the 6000+. If you want to save money then get the 3600+ and oc it to 6000+ speeds, you will need an aftermarket cpu cooler, perhaps a Tuniq Tower or a Thermaltake Big Typhoon. To answer your previous question:

Yes, the 5600+ and the 6000+ are both the same cores(Windsor).
What part of Scottsdale do you live at? I'm in upper-north Phoenix.

I live near Cactus Rd... I do not know exactly were it is. I am basically up by Cave Creek.

Pretty far I guess. Show us your build log if you need any assistance with it.

Yes, they both use the Windsor core.

If it was only a choice out of those two CPU's I'd go for the 5600+ as it'll be very easy to clock it up to 6000+ speeds, and you'll have money left over to put into getting other components. Though if I were to choose any AM2 based CPU I'd go for the 3600+ and save even more. There's nothing quite as satisfying as a 1GHz+ overclock.

I think it's a toss up between the DFI LanParty M2R/G SLi or the Asus M2N32 SLi Deluxe, both have good reviews and make use of the nForce 590 chipset. They're also both around the $160 region at present.

if you have the money go for the 6000 x2 because with just a 220 mhz fsb you can own all other amd cpu's out there
