Allright here is what happened;
My son was putting in a game and the 360 fell over The DVD ROM tray fell out
I opened it up and got the Drive tray to work but now when I try to put in a game it tells me that it's reading, then says to eject disk, then it tells me to close tray but then tells me to eject disk. Anyone know how to fix or what is the issue?

did you put back the cable in right way?

maybe the reader is messed up or something. If all thing fail, just send it back for repair.

DH

P.S One time my PS2 fell over too, and it would not work so I sent it back to Sony, they repaired it for free, work like charm!

I have been there and it is such a good site. Well I have had this 360 since the first day it came out and never had an issue. Now this issues but is caused by my son. Anyways I have seemed to fix it for now (should have took pics and posted my cure). I took the DVD Rom apart and built it back up. Maybe there was a loose connection on something or so it seems. Well thanks to all of you who tried to help...
