it's ram timing...

2nd one have Cas Latency of 4.

Usually, lower latency mean faster RAM.

I would get more expensive ones, because the timings are better which means better performance.

Timings isn't that much important, but the reputation on the modules on how well they overclock.

The PK seems like a good kit but never heard about how well they overclock.

In the other hand, the NQs are good at overclocking: G.Skill F2 6400CL5D 2GBNQ - testing
