120.2? what does that mean, im a noob at water cooling. And duckieho, is removing g80 hsf easy?

120.1 = a radiator that fits one 120mm fan on one side
120.2 = a radiator that fits two 120mm fans on one side
120.3 = a radiator that fits three 120mm fans on one side


Yes, removing the heatsink should just be removing like 10 small screws on back. Just make 100% sure not to damage the serial number sticker or physically damage the card.

i decided to make a custom "kit" using the petra one as an outline. Is this fine and how much modding of my case would i need?

That looks good, can't see much wrong.

Might want to check the measurements of the radiator to check its not taller than the case and won't interfere with the AC plug on the PSU.

Tygon Silver is very stiff. It does not collapse easily though... which is a good thing. You can get pretty tight bends with it but you will need something to hold the tubing down.
