*UPDATE*
It has been confirmed that in September MS will release a limited edition Halo 3 Sku with a bunch of accessories to accomadate it...

The Gamerscore Blog posted a series of photos on its Flickr account of Microsoft team members rehearsing for tonight's E3 2007 keynote, possibly inadvertently revealing what many believe to be an all-new, fourth Xbox 360 hardware release. With the Core, Premium and Elite models represented, the fourth could be at any place in the specification spectrum, either signaling a less expensive, more casually targeted unit or a more expensive, more feature rich unit. If I were a betting man, I'd put my money on the former as I wouldn't be surprised to see Microsoft be more aggressive in targeting a less hardcore crowd with a lower cost, possibly bundled box. We'll know more tonight, starting at 7:30 PM PDT.
I believe it is a new sku to come out with the 65nm chips...The first one in line is Gray not white or black, so i could believe this rumor, though i don't think another sku would really create any hype. People want Games, not various versions of the same console since this won't matter to people who already own one...It would be sweet to have a cheaper 360 if i could get one for $200 or less i might be tempted to get one after a PS3...

4 is a bit too much choice if you ask me... The Core Bundle is horrible, if they make another bundle they're most likely gonna offer a HD-DVD drive and a remote...

I beleive the 4th SKU is just the 65nm update. If so then its already been posted.

We have been waiting to see when the 65nm was coming out and hopefully they tell us in that speech. I hope they just redesigned the layout on the inside with the 65nm and better cooling. Paired with the recently announced extended warranty and I am ever closer to a 360. Gears of war for PC however made me take a step back.

I seee . A 4th SKU is alot though. Perhaps they need to discontinue the core pack.

All those games are valid reasons. Personally, I wish they would bring back the Halo 1 pistol because that's all I used. I have GH1 and 2 on PS2, so I don't think I'll buy the 3rd for 360, probably PS2 because I already have two guitars.

I already have a Wii, so I'm just trying to determine whether to get a PS3 or 360 next. I have to say, Microsoft has stepped up and given us the warranty plan and hopefully the 65nm. But I want to fold with the PS3 as well. I won't buy either one for a while, so I'm just going to see how things shake out.

Your avatar has distracted me into taking about 10 minutes to make this post.
