$1,000 budget....

$1,000 budget. Do me
Only problems:
DS3 1.3 is sold out on the egg.
The ballistix are sold out on zipzoomfly
So, I want to buy from only one place but both of the cheapest places have an important item missing.
This is what I had planned:

DS3 1.3
Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 (2 x 1gb)
e4300
X1950pro
Seagate 7200.10 250gb
Tuniq
19 inch widescreen (Any as long as it has at least 700:1 contrast and 160 viewing angle)
The corsair 620 watt modular PSU.
Cheap DVD drive
A decent mid tower or full tower for $50-70.

Are there any boards comparable to the DS3 1.3 in OCing for that price?

You could always go with the board I've got. 400+fsb easily, easy to navigate through the bios, and just hope you get a rev 1.02g or later board. The 1.01g has a max VDIMM of 2.1v

The P5B-E is about $145, though the generic P5B is $115.
