now THAT is simply PERFECT
so, test it already....
i'll be glad to help u with any question involving 5.1 setup.
but... i'm wondering if covering your wall with some soft material will do u good.
since u put your setup really close to the concrete wall on your right... the sound will bounce back off the wall and distort the surround ambient.
the only thing u might want to put close to the concrete wall is the subwoofer, put the subwoofer in the corner facing the concrete wall, and give it a distance for about 2-3 feet from the wall. if it's too boomy, reduce the distance.
next... if u want to make them sound better... just mod your X-fi card like the next thread.
better yet... use the reference i got from the layman's guide:
it's not expensive, but u might want to ask someone good at desoldering and soldering to do the hardwork.
(believe me... it does make a great difference)
these r the components needed:
2 LM4562MA SOIC narrow $5.32 each
1 AD8066ARZ $5.22 each
2 AD8599ARZ $8.03 each
1 BLKGATE- 60089 NX 1000 25v
4 BLKGATE- 60205 NX Hi-Q 22 6.3v
8 BLKGATE- 58646 Std 22 16v
some say using blackgate caps will make the sound overbright.... so i would recommend u changing the caps to Nichicon.
and as for the stacker... dun regret brudda... armor's interior is wider than 830's, got too many aluminum bar inside 830... and if u're using gigantic CPU HeatSink, those side fans definitly gotta go.
