Set your ram on a low divider (IE, set the ram to 266), and if it doesn't boot, increase the v-core marginally untill it does. Then test for stability.

You ram isnt overclocked at 200 mhz so thats fine. Maybe try loosening your timings or upping your vcore.

When does it stop posting? Did you just go straight to 200? Try starting lower like 175 or so, then raise it slowly, like 5 mhz at a time.

if it is on optimal then the only settings are 100, 133, 166, 200

to get the +1mhz settings it needs to be on user defined and if its on that then it hangs after memory check.

Have you tried it with only one stick of ram? You should probably run memtest also.
