Are you going with AMD as the CPU i guess? GFX the same im guessing as well? Do you want to overclock with this set-up looked at a few ASUS mobos that were micro for under 120 dollars but most had onboard video. I would go Intel if it was me but it's not.

For µATX integrated VID card I advice you the AMD side. Prices can be found on the egg, I'm at work and I can't work out the links right now:
- mobo ASUS M2A-VM HDMI - AMD 690G chiset, HDMI support ~70$
- CPU (for a htpc) 3600 X2 ~65$
- Any 2GB kit DDR667 ~80$
- HDD - depending on your needs I recommend the Samsung Spinpoint 500GB for being both quiet and very fast ~110$. Get two of them if you need they're pretty cheap.

With one HDD you're at 325$ so you have a good margin. If you wanna just spend all the money, get a E6420 and an integrated Intel i950 mobo and this will up the price at least by a hundred $, but for a HTPC it ain't worth it, as the i950 doesn't support hdmi, nor any kind of VC1/HD acceleration.

I say a c2d is better for that budget but otherwise I agree with dragosmp. Except you should get a dd2 800 kit for 90-100$ (better deal)

Nice choices, I keep forgetting about BIOSTAR, as they don't sell in Europe at all. That seems a nice mobo, even a bit OCable.

About the HDDS, you may want to check out this thread. I would go for a Hitachi or a WD because of the noise these 7200.10 are making. I am yet to try a suspension mechanism for my 7200.10, but I can tell you they're noisy and don't support AAM or APM. If it ain't out of budget I stick to my Samsung 500GB I posted earlier.
