i have vista 64 and love it. I had one driver problem and it was fixed. My games run fine and that was even when i used my x1900xt. I would say go for it but if you already paid for the 32bit why by the other one

No Im afraid your license if bought for 32Bit will only be good for 32bit. You would need a new license for 64bit.
